This Privacy Policy describes how Shooli, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Shooli”) collect, store, use, share and protect your personal information through (or "this site"), and the mobile applications used by Shooli.  In this policy, "personal information" is information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information.  So for example, personal information always includes your name, address, email address, credit card information, and transaction history.  This Privacy Policy is part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement.  In this policy, Shooli is sometimes referred to in the first person as “we.”


By browsing or using, you are consenting to our collection, storage, use, disclosure and protection of your personal information as we describe in this policy.  If you do not consent to our collection, use, storage, disclosure and protection of your personal information as described in this policy, you should not use this site.  This Privacy Policy may change from time to time.  Please see “THIS POLICY MAY CHANGE” immediately below.

Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser

Information We Collect Using Cookies and Other Technologies

Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

Our Affiliates

We may share your personal information with our affiliates.  This means the other companies that are owned by Shooli as direct or indirect subsidiaries, and the companies that are our parent company and our brother or sister companies.  This also includes companies that are under common control with Shooli.  We may share your personal information with any of these affiliates so that they may contact you with information and offers they believe will be of interest to you.  Nevertheless, even in a situation where one of our affiliates uses your personal information, the manner in which they use that information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

Our Service Providers

We may share your personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf. In this regard, we contractually require our service providers to protect the confidentiality of the personal information we share with them, and we permit them to use that information only in furtherance of the specific services they provide for us or on our behalf.

Business Transfers

The information we collect and that is subject to this policy is an asset of Shooli and will become part of our business records and assets.  Your personal information may be transferred to another company (either a corporate affiliate or an unrelated third party) that acquires substantially all the stock or assets of Shooli, one of our corporate affiliates, or one of our operating divisions (e.g., as the result of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or liquidation, etc.).  In any such case, we will provide notice of such transfer by sending you an email to the email address associated with your Shooli account.

Government and Legal Disclosures

We may disclose the personal information we collect when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law (or a court or administrative order or subpoena); to prevent or investigate a possible crime such as fraud or identity theft; to enforce the Terms of Use Agreement or other agreements that govern your use of this site; to protect the rights, property or safety of Shooli, our employees, our users or others; or to protect what we perceive to be your vital interests.


We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information.  We generally ask you to indicate your choices at the time that you register as a user of or on the page where you provide your personal information. You may browse or use our mobile applications without providing any information that identifies you personally, and may choose not to provide any information that we request, although this may mean that you cannot make a purchase of our services (or any products we may offer) or take advantage of other or mobile application features.

Special Notice to California Residents

We may share some of your information with third-party companies with whom we have contracts to provide products and services, or with companies that use the information for their marketing purposes.  The California Civil Code, section 1798.83, permits you to request information regarding to whom the business has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes.  Please note that under this law, we are not required to respond to a customer’s request more than once in any calendar year.  Furthermore we are only required to respond to requests sent to Shooli-Privacy, 1501 Washington Avenue S., Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55454.


We have taken steps designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure that we believe to be commercially reasonable and consistent with industry standard measures.  For example, we use Transport Layer Security (TSL) to encrypt your credit card information as it travels over the Internet, and no credit card information is stored in our data infrastructure.  It is important that you understand, however, that no website or database is completely secure or “hacker proof.”  You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse by, for example, protecting your passwords.  Although we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our site.  As a result, any transmission of personal information is necessarily at your own risk.  We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on this site.
